RULES AND CONDITIONS
1. The Executive Committee reserves the right to call OFF the games due to weather and/or ground conditions.
Players must be of the correct age to participate.
2. The Under 9 series will be played on the 20th July.
The Under 10 series will be played on the 27th July.
3. ALL GAMES WILL BE PLAYED AT PINEWOOD RESERVE. 70 G4.
OVAL 1. (Closest to Car Park, Pinewood Drive)

4. All competing teams MUST supply their normal Team Officials, who will be correctly attired. Only 4 Officials are permitted onto the ground. Please instruct your Ground Marshalls, it is their responsibility to ensure that:
5. All teams must be on the ground ready to commence play at the scheduled time or a FORFEIT will be awarded to the opposition team.
6. Each game will consist of 2 x 15 minute halves with a 5 minute break. (Teams DO NOT leave the ground at half time)
7. All Teams will play two games. The second game will follow 10minutes after the completion of the first game. Winners of the previous games will play their second game on Oval 1.
8. Only one Team Sheet is required for the day and must be completed as per a normal Home and Away requirements. Deliver the Team Sheet to Umpire’s room prior to the first game.
9. All Teams must play with equal number of players. You will loan players to the opposition so that each Team has an even number of players on the field.
10. Goal Umpire Cards/Timekeeper Cards must be delivered to the Umpire’s Room immediately after each game. You will require 2 Goal / Time Cards.
11. The Team listed first in the fixture are to wear Home colour shorts. Players may wear the shorts they have on for their second game.
12. Clubs are to arrange an alternate set of jumpers if there is a colour clash. ( Away team to arrange )
13. Medallions will be presented after the second game in each section at the rear of the scoreboard.
14. Successful teams will be rewarded at the WJFA Presentation Night
